Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal Celebrates 40th Anniversary as
Real Estate Leader with Blast from the Past Social Media Campaign
Campaign highlights differences in real estate, lifestyle, and culture between 1972 and today.
PORTLAND, OR — August 3, 2012 – Coldwell Banker Seal, a premier provider of full-service real estate, today launched a social media campaign designed to celebrate the company’s 40 years of service excellence in the Pacific Northwest. The eight week campaign demonstrates how the industry has evolved since 1972 by introducing a new category each week, complete with stories, supporting facts, and images. The categories include architecture, interior design, fashion, prices, living, transportation, dining, and technology.
Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal will use the campaign as an opportunity to reward the Washington and Oregon communities with various prizes for contributing to the company’s past 40 years. Through random drawings on August 10, August 24, September 7, and September 21, four $40 gift certificates will be awarded to those who “like” the Coldwell Banker Bain or Coldwell Banker Seal Facebook pages and enter the “Then & Now Drawing.”
The Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal story began in 1972 when William Bain opened the company’s first office in Seattle. Today, the company boasts over 30 branch offices in most major cities along the I5 corridor, from Bellingham, Washington to Canby, Oregon. Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal was the first real estate company to require seller disclosures, title reviews, neighborhood reviews, and inspections, all industry standards today.
“After 40 years of doing everything possible to provide service excellence to our clients,” said Mike Grady, president of Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal, “we remain committed to setting the standard for the next 40 years and beyond.”
You can participate in the 40th anniversary by visiting either the CB Bain or CB Seal Facebook pages.
