   Prior to representing buyers and sellers in Real Estate, my working background includes owning and operating my property management company Bearcat Properties, LLC since 2001. I am also a third generation Real Estate Investor. I personally renovated my investment residential and multi-family properties in S.E. and N.E. Portland.  That experience gave me a great insight into investment purchasing, construction and remodeling.  Earlier on I worked in lending as a Loan Officer for Electra Credit Union. This background experience in Real Estate has ignited my love for what I do!  I have a passion for NW Real Estate!
