I'm a third generation Real Estate Investor and Landlord.
I renovated my investment/Rental residential and multi-family properties in S.E. and N.E. Portland. That experience gave me a great insight into investment purchasing, construction and remodeling.
Earlier on I worked in lending as a Loan Officer for Electra Credit Union. This background experience in Real Estate has ignited my love for what I do! I have a passion for NW Real Estate!
AREAS OF SERVICE: I CHOOSE to serve your real estate needs. I proudly serve and sell real estate. The areas that I Specialize in are the Eastside suburbs of SE, NE and N Portland. (But not limited to) Clackamas, Happy Valley, Milwaukie, Gladstone, Boring, Estacada, Sandy, Corbett, Troutdale, Gresham and surrounding areas. I know these areas including schools, neighborhoods, shopping and commuting. If you want to work with a local realtor contact me immediately. It’s a competitive market; hence it is important that you choose a realtor who knows these communities like no other.
MARKET ANALYSIS: I’m excited to help you understand the home selling process. The first and most important part of selling your home is knowing how much it’s worth against other comparable sales in your neighborhood. I provide FREE, no obligation Comparable Market Analysis to homeowners. I also provide a FREE Market Trends report to buyers too. Call today @ 503.841.0888.
BUYERS REPRESENTATION: Understanding what you want and where to look is KEY to saving time, energy and money when buying Real Estate. My background as an investor offers a unique perspective in purchasing Oregon Real Estate. As a buyer’s agent, representation is of no cost to you. I work with all types of buyers, including 1st time home buyers, move up buyers, relocation, and investors.
SELLERS REPRESENTATION: In a sea of houses on the market you need to differentiate your home from your neighbors. As sellers you can expect a carefully crafted marketing approach. Hence, selecting a Realtor who understands creative marketing is crucial.
I understand the power of Advertising and Marketing online to command internet presence. 80% to 90% of buyers are shopping online. 85% of them use a Realtor in their search. I believe Web exposure is the most powerful marketing tool. I employ a “HOME MARKET APPROACH” in selling your home.
- This selective strategy includes using quality photographs. (I have a background in photography). Or, if preferred I will contract a Professional photographer which can include a virtual tour. I can also create a website just for your home, which I can upload your tour on U tube. The more exposure the better...
- Designing Quality paper flyers or for a green option design a permanent paperless flier attached to sign, to help reduce paper waste.
-
Advertising on the RMLS, National and International Coldwell Banker website.
This us just fraction of what I do to list your home. My HOME MARKET APPROACH is my pride; I serve my clients with excellent care and thoughtful approach. Every home has a story to tell, let me share yours…
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to invite me into your home. I love what I do! I hope you’ll give me a chance to earn your trust and let me show you what excellent service I can provide you. Please contact me and I will be delighted to serve you.
Sincerely,
Kimberly Kinville, Real Estate Broker
