I have been in real estate almost as long as I have lived in Vancouver USA--since 2003. I have an additional 25-years of experience in Financial Planning, Sales and Marketing.
I am passionate about assisting my clients in finding their dream home--whether it is first-time homebuyers, buyers who are moving up, or those looking to add a vacation home.
With Sellers, I market properties utilizing sound planning, professional ethics, and a strong company support system.
Working with investors has been challenging and thrilling--with first-time investors or savvy, mature investors--or assisting in a 1031 Exchange.
My goal is to work with my clients from the beginning of searching to the end of the transaction, making it the best experience in real estate they have ever had. And, to not end there. . .but to make clients for life.
