Thank you for visiting our website. Frank has been a licensed agent since 1992 selling homes all over the Portland metro area. He has owned several small acreage properties and sold many rural farms. He has extensive knowledge of land use laws and the complications of selling rural properties. He has also had several in town rental properties and done 1031 exchanges on a few of them so is familiar with the tax free exchange process. Ellie has been a licensed agent since 2007 and specializes in suburban neighborhoods. We currently live in Canby on a 14 acre farm. We spend our leisure time with family and working on the farm.
