Thank you for visiting our website. Frank has been a licensed agent since 1992 selling homes all over the Portland metro area. He has owned several small acreage properties and sold many rural farms so he has extensive knowledge of land use laws and the complications of selling rural properties. He has also had several in town rental properties and done 1031 exchanges on a few of them so is familiar with the tax free exchange process. We currently live in Oregon City on a five acre farm. Frank spends his leisure time with family and working on the farm. Ellie has recently received her real estate license and specializes in suburban neighborhoods.
