My long career in Real Estate began unexpectedly after graduating with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration from Washington State University and moving to Portland to work for the Red Lion hotel chain. Within a year of working as a management trainee, I accepted the position of Mall Manager at a large Beaverton shopping center. During the intervening years, I worked in land development, leasing, tenant representation (including 2 Wal-Marts) management/operations,and also repositioning a center from it's tired past. I remained in the shopping center field until the year 2002.  Eight years ago in 2003, I became a Broker with Coldwell Banker SEAL. My past experiences give me a unique set of skills that you can tap into during the course of a transaction. Skills that include; expert negotiations, problem solving skills, maintenance and repair solutions, zoning issues, architectural questions, research, plus a great deal of wisdom aquired through trial and error and successful results.
